Shipping policy

You will receive a tracking number from us upon shipment of your order. You may use it to determine delivery date and delivery status.

All shipments are sent FOB Origin from Salt Lake City, UT. This means the buyer pays the shipping costs and takes full responsibility for the goods when the goods leave our premises. Upon receipt of shipment, please notify the delivery driver of any damage or shortages.

We ship all packages via UPS. Here is a map of the estimated shipping time from our production facility to your location when using UPS Ground. Other UPS Services are available, including Next Day and Second Day services.
